Sean Lohman

Mr. Lohman was licensed to practice law in Kentucky in 1994 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky, in 1996.

Richard Decker

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Mr. Decker graduated from Doss High School in 1975, earned his M.S.W. degree from the University of Kentucky in 1994, and received his juris doctor degree from the University of Louisville College of Law in 1997. He was licensed to practice in Kentucky in 1998 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky, in 2001.
